Regardless of experience or skill level, Suntwine yoga sessions offer something for everyone.
Lisa Stacey is a certfied instructor with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. She trained in the discipline of Hatha Yoga under the tutelage of an Ayurvedic doctor.
Suntwine Yoga classes incorporate meditation, relaxation, energy work, and poses that can be enjoyed by beginners or taken to higher levels of skill and expertise by advanced yogis.
Weekly classes include sessions at the Yoga Chapple, the Yoga Collective.
